Austin Hope

Winemaker Notes:

• After harvesting the grapes, select vineyard lots were fermented individually in stainless steel tanks for 10-14 days. Extended macerations and carefully managed pump overs enhanced the extraction of color and tannin. The lots were aged separately for 11 months in a combination of 10% new, 25% once used, and 65% two to three times used French Oak. Through a combination of tasting and analytics our best lots were determined, and the initial blend was assembled. As a whole, this blend was aged an additional two months in 75% new and 25% once used French Oak. The wine was racked just twice during its cellar life, with the final racking occurring just prior to bottling.

60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petite Sirah, 10% Zinfandel, 8% Petit Verdot, 8% Syrah, 2% Grenache, 2% Malbec

• This alluring Cabernet Sauvignon-driven blend draws you in with luxurious aromas of ripe red berries, cassis, violet, leather and cocoa powder. On the palate, the entry is silky and concentrated, with supple tannins framing the rich, red fruit flavors as they build to a long-lasting finish with hints of savory spice.

Josh Cellars Merlot

• The bouquet of this ,merlot is complex with violets, sweet plums, and vanilla bean. On the palate, the wine is velvety and soft in texture, with flavors of plums, blackberries, and black cherries, and a long cocoa powder finish and soft tannins. A classic pairing with Italian foods, particularly those with a tomato base, complemented with berries for dessert.

Duckhorn Merlot

• Crafted from both mountain and valley floor vineyards, this alluring wine embodies the rich diversity of great Napa Valley Merlot. From its velvety tannins and lively acidity to luxurious layers of plum, candied black cherry, red licorice and sweet baking spices this gracefully structured Merlot glides to a lush, lingering finish.

Iron Side Pinot Noir

• This crowd-pleasing Pinot Noir is both full-bodied and fruit-forward, while maintaining an energetic freshness that pleases the palate. Take a sip and enjoy flavors of black cherries and plums on top of layers of earth and sweet.

St. Innocent Pinot Noir

Production Notes:

The de-stemmed grapes were fermented in 4-8 ton stainless steel and Burgundy oak fermenters with no SO2, allowing the fermentations to process naturally. After gentle pressing and settling, the wine aged in French oak barrels, 26% of which were new, for 16 months before bottling by gravity and without fining.

Winemaker Notes:

• Limpid ruby-red. A highly perfumed bouquet evokes fresh raspberry and boysenberry, pungent flowers and exotic spices, and a spicy nuance builds as the wine opens up. There's a compelling blend of power and finesse to the appealingly sweet red and blue fruit and floral pastille flavors, which firm up slowly through the midpalate. Closes sappy, youthfully chewy and impressively long, with reverberating floral and spice notes and well-knit tannins that add framework and final grip.Pinot noirs emphasize weight with good acidity, layered flavors, concentrated fruit, and terroir specific flavors.
