![]() Austin Hope
Paso Robles is one of California’s most pastoral domains. Its name roughly translates to “Passageway of Oaks,” and indeed, majestic trees mark the landscape. Amongst the rolling hills and native habitat lie manicured vineyards, where ideal soil exists for farming Cabernet. Dry, warm conditions are typical, yet evenings are chilled by a breeze from the Pacifi c Ocean just 18 miles to the west, allowing fruit to ripen into luxurious richness.

![]() Iron Side Pinot Noir
Our Reserve Pinot Noir is sourced from top vineyard sites in California's central and northern coastal regions. These regions present ideal growing conditions, allowing the Pinot Noir grapes to slowly ripen to full maturity. Bright sunlight during the day develops beautiful fruit flavors, while cooling ocean breezes at night maintain freshness. This unique balance of sunshine and cooling also helps to develop nuanced flavors in the wine.

![]() St. Innocent Pinot Noir
Shea Vineyard is located in the Yamhill-Carlton District AVA, 35 miles SW of Portland, Oregon. The grapes for this wine come from two blocks: Block 6, planted in 1998 with Dijon clone 115 and a small amount of Pommard (11 rows), faces SE slope on a hillside of shallow sedimentary soil at about 450-500' in elevation. The Terrace Block faces SW, planted in 2002 with the Pommard clone, and gets its name from the terraces carved into its steep slope.
Production Notes: The de-stemmed grapes were fermented in 4-8 ton stainless steel and Burgundy oak fermenters with no SO2, allowing the fermentations to process naturally. After gentle pressing and settling, the wine aged in French oak barrels, 26% of which were new, for 16 months before bottling by gravity and without fining.
